These are two national parks found near Lake Naivasha. Longonot is an extinct volcano and it is possible to climb up and walk around its steep-sided circular crater. At Hell's Gate one can view the vertical cliffs and the Ol Jorowa Gorge which emits steam jets. These cliffs were once a popular nesting site of the Lammergeier (Bearded Vulture) before disturbances by rock climbers.
