Located 349 kilometers from Nairobi in the northern shoreline of Lake Victoria, this National park is a home to a variety of birds with Swifts and fish eagles dominating. The lesser spotted crocodile among other crocodiles and Hippos are quite common. Other attractions include boat safaris, hiking, and traditional fishing. Kisumu Impala Wildlife Sanctuary is just nearby and close to Kisumu town. Apart from protecting Impalas it also provides guards other animals like hyena, baboons and leopard. No accommodation
