On the north-eastern shores of lake Turkana 800 kilometers from Nairobi is the Sibiloi National Park which is a breeding ground of huge population of crocodiles. Sibiloni is famous for archaeological discoveries of fossils of early man - Homo Habilis and Homo Erectus. It was near Koobi Fora in this National park that Richard Leakey, an archaeologist, found the Stone Age tools.
